Missions Ministry
Many people from Coldspring United Methodist Church are devoted volunteers at the Care Share Food Ministry, CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), Habitat for Humanity and mentoring/tutoring young children.
A 10-week Grief Support Group is offered for those who have lost a spouse, lost a child, or are experiencing general loss. For information please contact the church office at 936-653-2287 or email your request to coldspringum@gmail.com.
Working through the school counselors to help provide school supplies for students who cannot afford to purchase their own.
Financial assistance is provided to those needing assistance paying for their electrical bills, medication, water bills and rent.
Coldspring United Methodist Church adopts over 40 families each year and provides gifts and food during the holiday season.
We will be the reflection of Jesus Christ without barriers, as we Serve, Witness, and Worship.
Annual trip to UMCOR (United Methodist Committee on Relief) Sager Brown in Baldwin, LA to assemble school kits, health kits, sewing kits, layette kits, bedding kits and flood buckets for local and global distribution. UMCOR.ORG
