United Methodist Communications
The General Commission on Communications (United Methodist Communications) is charged with the task of meeting the communication, public relations, and marketing needs of the entire Church, reflecting the cultural and racial diversity within The United Methodist Church. United Methodist Communications provides resources and services to local churches and annual conferences. United Methodist Communications also has a consultative relationship with all general agencies of the Church and with any structure for communication and public relations at the jurisdictional, Episcopal area, annual conference, district, or local church level.

Mia’s Hope Pregnancy Center
Located in New Caney, Texas, Mia’s Hope Pregnancy Center is a Pro Life, Christian based entity that seeks to help women with an unplanned pregnancy through Parenting classes, Childbirth classes, Support Groups as well as ESL classes for those with language barriers. All of these classes are essential in order to acquire growth inwardly as well as outwardly. Through Christian Counseling we offer healing the scars of a miscarriage or prior abortion with love and understanding..
The Texas Annual Conference
The Texas Annual Conference is one of the eleven annual (regional) conferences in the South Central Jurisdiction of the United Methodist Church. We are comprised of 700 congregations organized into 9 districts across East Texas. We are active in communities in and around Houston, Galveston, Beaumont, Texarkana, Longview, Tyler and College Station – and everywhere in between.

Care Share has an open-door policy and a reputation for being a food source for anyone in need so that no one goes hungry.
